Job Description
Axon is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to support its Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams. This role is crucial for executing post-contract amendments and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience for customers. The Commercial Operations Analyst will gain a deep understanding of customer contractual arrangements and purchasing history to determine the best course of action. They will primarily work in Salesforce CPQ, leveraging Excel, Sigma Computing reporting, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.

Responsibilities:
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert in Axon's products.
  • Research customer contracts and reconcile invoicing activity.
  • Own the end-to-end contract adjustment process.
  • Lead calls with customers to understand their requests and propose solutions.
  • Ensure post-contract invoicing and fulfillment events are accurately reflected in Axon’s systems.
  • Work closely with Commercial Controllership, Order Processing, and Accounts Receivable.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years experience in sales operations, quoting, pricing, or commercial finance role.
  • Ability to research and organize financial data.
  • Salesforce.com CRM platform experience (CPQ preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Excel.
  • Clear and concise written & verbal communication.
  • Strong analytical skills.
