Commercial Operations Analyst- Sales Operations

Job Description

Axon is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to support its Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams. This role is crucial for executing post-contract amendments and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience for customers. The Commercial Operations Analyst will gain a deep understanding of customer contractual arrangements and purchasing history to determine the best course of action.Responsibilities include:

• Becoming a Subject Matter Expert in Axon's products
• Researching customer contracts and reconciling invoicing activity
• Owning the end-to-end contract adjustment process
• Leading calls with customers to understand their requests and propose solutions
• Ensuring accurate reflection of post-contract events in Axon’s systems
• Collaborating with Commercial Controllership, Order Processing, and Accounts Receivable

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years experience in sales operations, quoting, pricing, or commercial finance role
• Ability to research and organize financial data
• Salesforce.com CRM platform experience (CPQ preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
