Senior Project Manager, Commercial Operations

Job Description

Axon is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive operational excellence within the Opportunity to Cash (O2C) ecosystem. This role involves leading cross-functional projects to streamline workflows and enhance financial operations. The Senior Project Manager will report to the VP of Commercial Operations and collaborate with various departments to manage initiatives, provide insights, and achieve business outcomes.Responsibilities include:

• Driving and supporting strategic initiatives.
• Delivering high-quality data and analysis.
• Managing complex projects and resolving roadblocks.
• Identifying and addressing operational challenges.
• Fostering alignment among stakeholders.
• Developing and maintaining dashboards.
• Providing transparent communication.
• Liaising with Commercial and Enterprise Systems teams.
• Partnering with the Project Management Office (PMO).

Requirements include:

• 7+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Strong understanding of financial systems and accounting workflows.
• Degree or certification in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, ERP platforms, and Accounts Receivable/Collections systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead with creativity and adaptability.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Experience supporting automation initiatives and working with data analytics tools.
