Senior Project Manager, Commercial Operations

Job Description

Axon is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive operational excellence within the Opportunity to Cash (O2C) ecosystem. This role involves leading cross-functional projects to streamline workflows, enhance financial operations, and reduce friction across the organization. Reporting to the VP of Commercial Operations, the Senior Project Manager will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to manage key initiatives, deliver actionable insights, and drive business-critical outcomes.Role involves:

• Driving and supporting strategic initiatives.
• Delivering high-quality data, reporting, and analysis.
• Managing complex projects and resolving roadblocks.
• Identifying and addressing operational challenges.
• Fostering alignment and collaboration among stakeholders.
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and standardized reporting.
• Providing transparent communication and regular updates.
• Liaising with Commercial and Enterprise Systems teams.
• Partnering with the Project Management Office (PMO).

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Strong understanding of financial systems and accounting workflows.
• Degree or certification in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, ERP platforms, or other financial software.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead with creativity and adaptability.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to stay calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Experience supporting automation initiatives and working with data analytics tools.
