Job Description
Axon is seeking a highly organized and strategic Senior Project Manager to drive operational excellence within their Opportunity to Cash (O2C) ecosystem. This individual will lead cross-functional projects, streamline workflows, enhance financial operations, and reduce friction across the organization. Reporting to the VP of Commercial Operations, the Senior Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders across departments to manage key initiatives, deliver actionable insights, and drive business-critical outcomes.
What This Role Involves:
- Driving and supporting strategic initiatives within the Commercial Operations team.
- Delivering high-quality data, reporting, and analysis.
- Owning and managing complex projects, resolving roadblocks independently.
- Identifying and addressing operational challenges across functional teams.
- Fostering alignment and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and standardized reporting.
- Providing transparent communication and regular updates.
- Liaising with Commercial and Enterprise Systems teams.
- Partnering with the Project Management Office (PMO).
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in project or program management.
- Strong understanding of financial systems and accounting workflows.
- Degree or certification in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, ERP platforms, or other financial software.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead with creativity and adaptability.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to stay calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Experience supporting automation initiatives and working with data analytics tools.
