Job Description
Axon is seeking a Learning & Development Program Manager to design, develop, and facilitate training programs for its global sales employees. This role is based in Madrid, Spain, and reports to the Senior Director, Global L&D. The L&D Program Manager will analyze training needs, create learning strategies, collaborate with stakeholders, design and develop courses, evaluate program effectiveness, and continuously improve learning initiatives.
Role involves:
- Managing the end-to-end project lifecycle of learning programs
- Partnering with global sales leaders to identify training needs
- Developing content for various modalities
- Facilitating individual and group training
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Adult Learning, Human Resources, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Passion for L&D and understanding of technical talent needs
- Previous experience in sales training initiatives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
