Job Description
Axon is seeking a Learning & Development Program Manager to design, develop, and facilitate training programs for its global sales employees. This role involves analyzing training needs, creating learning strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance employee skills and performance. The L&D Program Manager will build and scale initiatives focusing on company culture, individual development, and organizational learning.
Role Involves:
- Managing the end-to-end project lifecycle of learning programs.
- Partnering with global sales leaders to identify training needs.
- Facilitating individual and group training sessions.
- Developing content for various modalities, including storyboards and virtual presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in L&D.
- Previous experience in sales training initiatives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
