Sales Coach

Job Description

Axon is seeking a Sales Coach to enhance its sales strategy and team performance. This role involves coaching on critical deals, leading war rooms, and providing real-time feedback during field visits. The Sales Coach will collaborate with sales managers to improve feedback loops and develop sales playbooks for team leaders. They will also design training strategies, contribute to leadership development programs, and lead large internal sales conferences. This position requires frequent travel within the US and hands-on engagement with sales teams.

What This Role Involves:

• Coaching sales teams on high-stakes deals and optimizing sales approaches.
• Leading war room sessions for strategic deal planning and execution.
• Traveling with sales representatives to provide on-the-spot feedback.
• Developing effective feedback loops with sales managers.
• Creating sales playbooks for team leaders.
• Designing and implementing innovative sales training strategies.
• Collaborating on leadership development programs.
• Leading the planning and execution of training at sales conferences.
• Engaging with stakeholders to align sales coaching strategies.
• Monitoring and reporting on sales performance metrics.

What Axon is Looking For:

• At least 10 years of experience in sales, with 5+ years in sales coaching or management.
• Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and sales performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is beneficial.
