Axon is seeking a Director of Professional Services to lead the strategy and execution of its field infrastructure deployments for Outpost and Lightpost solutions. This role involves owning the end-to-end customer experience, from planning to go-live, and building the operational backbone to scale installations efficiently and compliantly.Responsibilities:
Lead and scale the Professional Services team.
Own the full deployment lifecycle.
Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Customer Success.
Develop scalable delivery models and best practices.
Build and manage relationships with third-party vendors.
Track and improve key metrics.
Act as a strategic escalation point for field issues.
Translate field feedback into actionable insights.
Ensure deployments comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
Support long-term growth planning.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in professional services, field operations, or deployment leadership.
