Veeam, the leader in data resilience, is seeking a Distribution Account Manager in Bogota, Colombia. This role involves managing relationships within Veeam's distribution framework to achieve sales objectives. The successful candidate will represent Veeam in business development, marketing, and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships in a matrixed environment.
- Develop measurable goals for distributors.
- Conduct impactful QBRs.
- Develop executive-level relationships within distributors.
- Achieve revenue targets for distributors.
- Develop and execute distributor plans.
- Train and enable distributor sales teams on Veeam solutions.
- Work across business units for operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with Alliances teams to achieve Latin America goals.
Requirements:
- Sales experience with a channel-focused company and 2-tier distributors in Latin America.
- Proven track record of successful product management within a 2-tier model.
- Knowledge of virtualization technology.
- Ability to adapt to changes and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical thinker with metric-driven approach.
- Experience in business development and sales enablement.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
