The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the financial services or insurance industry, with a focus on digital transformation. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, delivering challenging projects across Capco's insurance practice, and identifying strategies for change across business operations and technology.
The Managing Principal will join a growing team with deep expertise and exciting client engagements, focusing on digital, data, and operational transformation.
Role Involves:
- Providing end-to-end oversight for the delivery of complex, large-scale initiatives.
- Developing forward-thinking solutions across technology, people, and process for insurance clients.
- Leading transformation projects and process improvement initiatives for multi-national insurers.
- Developing and executing digital transformation strategies.
- Managing the full lifecycle of work, from planning to execution.
- Synthesizing market and industry trends into client solutions.
- Engaging with clients and Capco leadership in strategic discussions.
- Supporting commercial growth of Capco's insurance pillar across Singapore and APAC.
- Leading and mentoring resources.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in the Insurance Industry.
- 6+ years’ experience in digital transformation, agile transformation, or operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of the project lifecycle.
- Business analysis experience in insurance capability uplift and digital ways of working.
- Experience delivering large-scale program initiatives.
- Effective relationship management skills.
- Strong track record of delivery and business development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
