Job Description
Capco Poland is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic change initiatives focused on trading platform transformation within a leading banking environment. The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of trading platform change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. They will collaborate with various teams to gather and document requirements, manage project governance, timelines, and budgets, and ensure compliance with change management frameworks and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex technology projects, particularly in front-office or trading environments, and be comfortable working with BRD/FRD documentation, Confluence, and Jira.
Role Involves:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of trading platform change initiatives.
- Collaborating with traders, quants, technology teams, and operations.
- Managing project governance, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
- Using Confluence and Jira to manage project documentation and track progress.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks and managing dependencies.
- Driving continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
- Supporting testing phases including UAT planning and execution.
- Ensuring compliance with internal change management frameworks and external regulatory standards.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in banking, with a focus on trading platforms or front-office technology.
- Demonstrated success in delivering multiple complex technology and business change projects.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and project lifecycle frameworks.
- Proficiency in writing and managing BRDs and FRDs.
- Hands-on experience with Confluence and Jira.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
