Job Description
Spin by FEMSA is seeking a Jr Associate Product Manager to play a critical role in driving the successful execution of key priorities for the product area. This role involves contributing to the product lifecycle by assisting with product strategy, gathering and analyzing user feedback, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of product features. The Jr APM will work under the guidance of senior product managers to gain experience and develop the necessary skills for a future product leadership role.
Role involves:
- Assisting in defining and executing product roadmaps.
- Participating in planning sprints and managing deliverables.
- Conducting user research to understand customer pain points.
- Collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Analyzing product data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Helping define clear product requirements and user stories.
- Staying informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Agile development environments with project management experience.
- Strategic mindset that closely follows the latest trends.
- Experience in partnership management, business development, and strategic planning.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop materials, including presentations for leadership.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a team with a high degree of collaboration.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
