Betsson Group is seeking a Tech Project Manager to join a new team within the Product Development Department. This role primarily involves driving Tech Compliance/Security Audits, coordinating Tech resources within PD, communicating with the Compliance Team, supporting audits, and ensuring timely delivery. The individual will also have the chance to manage Tech Projects unrelated to compliance.

Role Involves:

  • Coordinating internal Tech and Compliance resources for flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensuring on-time project delivery.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, identifying milestones, and involving stakeholders.
  • Tracking progress and using change management techniques.
  • Reporting and escalating issues to management.
  • Managing relationships with internal technical stakeholders.
  • Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Documenting and coordinating quality assurance efforts.
  • Analyzing technical compliance and business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the iGaming industry.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding.
  • B2B/B2C iGaming Compliance/Audit knowledge (ISMS, ISS, Game integration certification, Platform certification, PCI DSS etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and MS Project PPM Express.
  • Flexibility in the role.
