Betsson Group is seeking a LiveOps - Incident Engineer to join their LiveOps (NOC) Team in Malta. This team is crucial for maintaining the availability and performance of services for customers. The Incident Engineer will act as the first point of contact for all production incidents, running the incident management process to ensure maximum service availability and performance.

Role Involves:

  • Detection, correlation, and analysis of events in the technical environment.
  • Executing mitigation steps when possible.
  • Managing Betsson Group’s ticket system for incidents, events, and maintenance.
  • Dispatch and escalate tickets to the correct support group.
  • Maintaining frequent notification and ticket updates across multiple channels in English.
  • Direct contact with 3rd party providers.
  • Being the single point of contact for all communication in relation to production issues.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail with good analytical thinking.
  • Well-rounded general IT knowledge in Windows/Linux/SQL/Cloud computing and Virtual environments.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
