Betsson is seeking an AI & Machine Learning Tech Lead to develop its AI/ML framework and platform. The role involves developing machine learning models, supporting MLOps initiatives, and serving as a subject matter expert. The Tech Lead will mentor team members, promote AI awareness across the organization, and spearhead innovative AI solutions.

The role involves:

  • Designing and developing AI/ML solutions and products.
  • Leading the exploration and implementation of new AI technologies.
  • Designing and developing Betsson’s AI platforms and solutions.
  • Providing technical leadership and setting deliverables for the AI team.
  • Designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining a framework for AI and machine learning utilization.
  • Developing advanced machine learning models for low-latency applications.
  • Monitoring and optimizing AI models and algorithms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in computer science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the AI field.
  • Experience developing AI solutions and platforms using Cloud (preferably AWS) and LLMs.
  • Expertise in managing complex Data/AI/ML projects.
  • Experience creating RAG systems using LLMs.
  • Proficiency in AI technologies, event-driven and real-time data analytics environments, and MLOps.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
