Senior Android Developer at Betsson Group

Betsson Group is seeking a Senior Android Developer to join their Mobile Apps team in Athens. The role involves building the best native experience as part of a global Product Development organization. The candidate will work alongside industry talents on high-traffic applications, contributing to a scalable, multi-brand platform.

Responsibilities:

• Building new products and features using the latest technologies.
• Actively contributing to a state-of-the-art native platform supporting core brands.
• Responsible for software development in a self-leading Agile team.
• Collaborating with UX-designers, QA engineers, data analysts, and other area teams.
• Participating in value-chain discussions.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Kotlin and Android frameworks.
• Experience with native Firebase tools (analytics, Crashlytics, Firestore, Remote configuration, cloud-messaging, in-app-messaging).
• Knowledge of structuring tracking in-app.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and Postman.
• Experience with Github pipeline setup.
• Ability to create high-quality Android views and animations.
• Experience building scalable and performant applications.
• Design and implement clean, scalable, and high-quality code with unit testing experience.
• Problem-solving skills and good software architecture knowledge.
• Team player.
• Agile development experience.
• Coaching and mentoring other developers
