Job Description
Angi is seeking a motivated CRM Marketing Associate to join its marketing team. The CRM team is responsible for email and SMS communications that drive loyalty among homeowners for Angi and HomeAdvisor. In this role, the candidate will help create personalized content, formulate tests, analyze results, and provide recommendations to senior level management. The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of strong creativity and analytical skills to take Angi’s outbound marketing communications to the next level. The CRM Marketing Associate will report to the Associate Director, CRM.What this role involves:
  • Planning, overseeing, and executing email and SMS marketing campaigns in alignment with the editorial calendar.
  • Using Iterable and customer.io platforms to set up campaigns, run A/B tests, create audience segmentation, manipulate HTML, and serve as the final quality assurance check before launch.
  • Using strategic problem-solving skills to ensure successful campaign launches.
  • Monitoring and reporting on email and SMS performance, leading to the continuous improvement of user experience and overall ROI.
  • Supporting cross functional business initiatives.
  • Working with other business departments and agencies including copywriters, designers, HTML developers, product managers, and engineers.
  • Presenting results and recommendations to senior-level management regularly.
  • Using database management skills to target customers based on behaviors and demographics.
  • Launching new A/B tests, analyzing results, and identifying actionable opportunities and best practices to improve campaign performance.
Requirements for this role:
  • 1+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree; marketing focus/degree is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with email service providers preferred (Iterable, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Braze)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to monitor multiple projects simultaneously and overcome obstacles
  • Must have good written and communication skills, and be detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret test results and uncover actionable insights
  • Ability to pivot to high priority tasks quickly when the need arises
  • Familiar with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • High aptitude for learning new skills and the willingness to tackle new challenges
