The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping clients maximize the value of YipitData's product offering by identifying engagement opportunities and cultivating meaningful client relationships.Role involves:
- Finding new ways to drive value and grow user engagement.
- Becoming a trusted resource for clients.
- Being experts on products and investment narratives.
- Identifying and executing expansion opportunities, risk mitigation, and engagement strategies.
Requirements:
- Professional fluency in English and Mandarin.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the expert network or financial industry (strong positive).
- Genuine interest in financial markets.
- Resourcefulness, resilience, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Sound judgment in handling client situations.
- Sensitivity to client needs and ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to manage a high-touch, high-volume client base.
- Positive attitude, self-starter, and team player.
