Job Description
TheFork is seeking a Manager of Account Management to join their team in Paris. This role is pivotal in driving growth, managing strategic client relationships, and ensuring the success of a team of 10 Account Managers and 1 Team Leader. The ideal candidate will nurture long-term partnerships with high-value accounts, identify new business opportunities, and deliver an outstanding client experience.
Role involves:
- Developing a deep understanding of TheFork’s products and competitive landscape.
- Driving long-term client relationships through innovative solutions and upselling.
- Maintaining strong knowledge of key accounts and co-leading strategic conversations.
- Collaborating with Sales and Client Partner Services teams.
- Representing TheFork at industry events.
- Promoting cross-functional collaboration.
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring the Account Management team.
- Defining and implementing business strategies to drive growth.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Account Management or Sales Leadership, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Expertise in client retention, upselling, and long-term relationship building.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- A strategic thinker who can align team efforts with broader company goals.
- Familiarity with the restaurant or hospitality industry (Nice-to-have).
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders (Nice-to-have).
- Comfort working cross-functionally and across regions (Nice-to-have).
