Job Description
The Student Hotel is seeking a Procurement Intern to join their dynamic team. This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly expanding international company within the hospitality industry. The intern will support the Procurement Team in supplier relationship management, tender processes, and data analysis, reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager. This role is based in the Netherlands and requires a commitment of 6 months, starting from September 2025.

- Matching the company with great, unique, and innovating partners.
- Identifying trends in the market to help the company excel.
- Conducting market analysis to compare and find the best suppliers.
- Supporting on a range of tenders in diverse categories.
- Supporting in commercial and contractual negotiations.
Requirements:
- Excitement about sustainable solutions.
- Experience in conducting thorough market research.
- Ability to stay on top of deadlines to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Initiative and willingness to share insights and ideas.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); French and/or Spanish is a plus.
- Availability for a minimum 6-month internship.
- Currently studying at a Dutch university and living in the Netherlands.
