Betsson Group is seeking a Technical Writer to join their Next-Gen platform team. The Technical Writer will be responsible for producing high-quality technical and product documentation. They will collaborate with developers and architects to create detailed technical specifications, leveraging their understanding of casino platforms. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and have a can-do attitude.
Role involves:
- Planning and delivering detailed product/technical documentation.
- Collaborating with tech/product teams.
- Maintaining a catalogue of product documentations.
- Analyzing existing and potential content.
- Updating User Manuals, Tutorials, and Technical Documentations.
- Creating Architectural Diagrams, Functional Workflows, and Sequence Diagrams.
- Developing API Documentations and Partner Integration documents.
- Gathering Customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a technical field or related.
- 2 years of experience in an IT Development Environment.
- Experience with documenting software architectures.
- Familiarity with API documentation tools (Swagger, Postman).
- Experience in Agile environments (JIRA, Trello).
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Markdown, Confluence, or GitHub.
- Basic understanding of software development and programming languages.
- Experience using Git or other version control systems.
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
