Rumble, a high-growth neutral video platform, is seeking a high-energy Junior Account Executive to join its growing sales team. This role is based in Toronto, ON.About Rumble:Rumble is committed to restoring the Internet to its roots by making it free and open once again. The company provides an independent infrastructure designed to be immune to cancel culture.Role Involves:
  • Proactively identify and generate new business leads via email, phone, and social channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities to create a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery calls and assist in setting meetings for senior sales reps or closing deals directly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and SDRs to refine messaging and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activities.
  • Represent the company with enthusiasm and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Positive energy and a natural ability to engage others.
  • Goal-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Organized, coachable, and eager to grow in a sales career.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
