Betsson Group is seeking a QA Engineer to join their Player Account Management (PAM) team in Budapest. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the latest technologies and capable of handling company-critical responsibilities. This role offers the opportunity to work in an international team and contribute to an industry-leading, scalable, multi-brand platform.
The QA Engineer will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the product through comprehensive testing and collaboration within a Scrum team. They will implement and maintain test automation frameworks, conduct root cause analysis, and improve the software delivery process.
Role Involves:
  • Developing a deep knowledge of the product to identify weaknesses.
  • Designing and developing automated tests using industry-standard tools.
  • Playing an active role in the ongoing requirement definition and growth of the product.
  • Promoting a quality mindset through coaching and close collaboration with the team.
  • Implementing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
  • Conducting root cause analysis of issues.
  • Improving the Software Delivery process.
Requirements:
  • Experience with at least one Object-Oriented Programming language, preferably C#.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with testing these APIs.
  • Experience with non-functional testing using tools like K6 or JMeter.
  • Experience working in Agile teams with a shift-left mentality in testing.
  • Good understanding of software testing processes and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
