Betsson Group is seeking a Technical Writer to join their Next-Gen platform team. The ideal candidate will possess a technical background and experience in casino platforms. They will be responsible for producing high-quality technical and product documentation. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Role Involves:
- Planning and delivering detailed product/technical documentation.
- Collaborating with tech/product teams.
- Maintaining a catalogue of product documentations.
- Analysing existing and potential content.
- Communicating with stakeholders to update User Manuals and Technical Documentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a technical field.
- 2 years of experience in an IT Development Environment.
- Experience documenting software architectures.
- Familiarity with API documentation tools.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Experience using Git.
- Good analytical skills.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
