Retool is seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead its East Coast team. The ideal candidate will build and coach a team of Account Executives, focusing on closing multi-threaded, 6- and 7-figure deals. This role involves working with innovative technical teams to promote Retool as their application layer for AI.Retool is a company redefining how enterprises build software with its AI-powered, developer-first, and enterprise-grade platform. What this role involves: - Hiring, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of Enterprise AEs.
- Acting as a hands-on sales leader, shadowing calls and guiding reps through strategic deal cycles.
- Leading complex, technical sales cycles, engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Ensuring clarity and discipline in forecasting and pipeline inspection.
- Identifying and filling gaps in the enterprise motion.
- Helping shape the enterprise narrative and providing feedback to Product and Marketing.
Requirements: - 3+ years in an Enterprise segment (minimum 2 years in leadership).
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS, ideally in a technical, product-led environment.
- Proficient in MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, and pipeline management.
- Track record of hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Skilled in complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals and technical sales.
- Analytical and data-driven with strong forecasting and prioritization skills.
