Job Description
Remote is seeking a Regulatory Reporting & Credit Risk Analyst to join their Risk & Compliance Department. This role involves supporting both credit risk and payments regulatory teams across Remote's licensed entities. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial analysis skills and experience in the financial services industry, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights. Role involves:
  • Conducting credit risk assessments for new deals and business.
  • Developing and enhancing credit risk reporting frameworks.
  • Collaborating with Collections, Compliance, and Product teams.
  • Producing capital, liquidity, and statistical regulatory reports.
  • Maintaining and improving regulatory reporting controls.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate regulatory reporting.
  • Monitoring and assessing the impact of new regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or related field.
  • Experience in Risk, Finance, or Operations within a financial institution.
  • Regulatory reporting experience within a regulated financial institution.
  • Knowledge of UK / EU / Canadian regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL queries, and data analysis.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
