Senior Account Manager

OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Senior Account Manager for a freelance role in Manila, Philippines. The role involves running day-to-day operations in the studio, liaising with clients and internal teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality digital projects.

The Senior Account Manager will lead project delivery from ideation to execution for various brands, working with multiple internal and external teams. They will support business growth by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role also involves working closely with the Account Director and Business Director to ensure client satisfaction and identify up-selling opportunities.

What this role involves:

• Day-to-day execution of accounts from an operational, output, Client, and team management perspective
• Delivery of growth and achievement of growth targets
• Receiving positive Client feedback for all projects delivered
• Managing and developing positive Client relationships
• Managing and developing junior team members

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience from outside of the studio
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management level
• Experience of managing multiple teams and skill sets
• Evidence of growth and a record of re-signing accounts
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with little supervision
• Collaborative team player with an open-minded and non-political approach
• Proven ability to communicate and liaise with junior to senior-level stakeholders
• Financial rigor and business acumen
• Clear understanding of all OLIVER products
• Demonstrable leadership abilities
• Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
