Senior Designer

Job Description

OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Senior Designer to join their rapidly expanding creative services agency. The role is a freelance position for 3-6 months and is fully remote within India. The Senior Designer will be responsible for producing e-commerce, user interface webpage designs, and social media designs.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding design skills, in-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and experience in producing e-commerce assets, digital and social media content. They should also possess knowledge of interaction design, mobile design, user-centered experience design, brand development, digital marketing, and the creative process.

What this role involves:

• Creating, designing, and developing digital assets for interactive campaigns
• Developing engaging user interface designs
• Proposing and presenting rationale for design work
• Producing basic motion graphics and videos for social channels
• Collaborating with the team to ensure innovative and optimized designs
• Ensuring all work aligns with digital best practices
• Pushing creative boundaries and embracing new design trends
• Working with a mobile-first mindset

Requirements:

• Outstanding all-round design skills and in-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic motion graphics and video editing skills
• Experience in producing e-commerce assets, digital and social media content
• Experience delivering B2C digital collateral in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent understanding of technical constraints and design regulations
• Ability to work comfortably as part of an onsite team
• Confidence to present a clear design rationale
• Knowledge of interaction design, mobile design, user-centered experience design, brand development, digital marketing, and the creative process
• Good verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage workloads effectively
• Highly self-motivated and well organized
• Keen interest in the latest digital trends
• Minimum of 4 years combined experience as a digital designer
