Job Description
Resi Media, a Pushpay company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in Allen, TX. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office per week. The Customer Success Manager will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring they derive value from the Resi platform. They will be responsible for retention, renewal rate, and increased business within their assigned accounts.

What this role involves:
  • Meeting annual renewal dollar targets.
  • Expanding and upselling products.
  • Growing giving through the Resi platform.
  • Providing Resi product training and assistance.
  • Managing a high volume of calls and emails.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, account management, customer success management, or renewal team management.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or a similar CRM system.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a transactional work environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or additional equivalent years of experience.
