AI Solutions Architect

Job Description

Too Good To Go is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to design and implement AI and ML solutions that automate and optimize commercial business processes, driving sales efficiency. The role involves partnering with stakeholders across commercial, product, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for process optimization using AI.He/She will lead the design, testing, and scaling of solutions, ensuring alignment with technical standards, security, and compliance requirements. The AI Solutions Architect will tackle specific business challenges in sales operations on a project basis, leveraging deep knowledge of AI tools to develop MVP solutions and embed them into daily sales processes.Role involves:

• Gathering context of existing sales processes to assess key opportunities for automation and AI/ML solutions.
• Leading the end-to-end selection and design of AI/ML systems for commercial teams.
• Driving change in the organization by introducing new AI tools and improving ways of working.
• Engaging with colleagues across the company to map workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Recommending which AI platforms and tools to leverage in commercial teams.
• Complying with data privacy regulations and organizational security policies.
• Forming a community with other data scientists, ML engineers, and developers on AI practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Solid experience with business process automation platforms and iPaaS solutions.
• Strong understanding of APIs and webhook integrations.
• Experience with JSON, data mapping, and transformation.
• Proficiency in workflow logic, conditional operations, and error handling.
• Experience designing and implementing automated workflow solutions using modern workflow automation platforms.
• Strong AI prompting skills, experience leveraging APIs to connect data sources, and building MVP solutions.
• Experience with project and change management, preferably from the introduction of new tech solutions.
• Good understanding of sales processes, preferably in a B2B environment.
