Job Description
Via is seeking an Expansion and Launch Operations Principal to manage launch projects, collaborate with partners and internal teams, and contribute to strategic decision-making. This role involves overseeing new deployments, serving as the main point of contact for partners, managing product expectations, and leveraging data to generate insights. The Expansion and Launch Operations Principal will also support the partnerships team in the sales process.

What this role involves:
  • Launching new Via deployments and ensuring timely execution.
  • Overseeing junior team members supporting launches.
  • Contributing to strategic decision-making and project planning.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for partners.
  • Managing product expectations and development.
  • Leveraging operational and marketing knowledge to support partners.
  • Interpreting data to generate insights and make business recommendations.
  • Supporting Via’s partnerships team in the sales process.

  • Effective at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable taking on responsibility and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Meticulous with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Excellent communicator.
  • Bachelor's Degree and a record of exceptional academic achievement.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of work experience.
  • Demonstrated record of entrepreneurial achievement and/or leadership a plus.
