Via is seeking a part-time Field Manager to support its Transit-as-a-Service (TaaS) Operations team in Chandler, AZ. This role involves providing on-the-ground support for the service, managing daily driver and fleet operations, and driving continuous improvement. The Field Manager will work up to 20 hours a week and must be available for in-person work, potentially including early mornings or evenings.Responsibilities:
Ensuring operational excellence and customer experience
Overseeing operations in person and prioritizing operational issues
Collecting driver feedback and providing onboarding support
Managing fleet responsibilities and coordinating in-person events
Conducting ride alongs with Driver Partners
Planning and executing Driver Appreciation events
Requirements:
Socially perceptive and environmentally conscious
Self-starter with a high level of responsibility
Experienced in project management and customer service
Outgoing and skilled at communicating professionally
Fluent in English
Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to changing conditions
