Field Operations Manager

Job Description

Via is seeking a Field Operations Manager to manage operations using its innovative technology platform. This is an in-person position based in Fort Worth, TX, requiring the candidate to be in the field 4-5 days per week. The Field Operations Manager will manage daily operations, drive continuous improvement, and foster the growth of Via's services.

What this role involves:

• Ensuring operational excellence and an unbelievable customer experience
• Managing driver supply to meet demand expectations
• Prioritizing operational issues and implementing creative solutions
• Responding to driver feedback and live customer issues
• Collaborating with a broad interdisciplinary team to scale operational processes
• Analyzing metrics/KPIs to identify inefficiencies and optimize operations

Requirements:

• A socially perceptive, environmentally conscious individual
• A self-starter comfortable taking on a high level of responsibility
• A driven executor with a track record of end-to-end ownership
• A team-focused individual
• Experienced in project management, creating and refining operational processes, and customer service
• An outgoing and sociable leader with excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Based in the Fort Worth area and able to easily commute to the operation
• Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to changing conditions
