Via, a company transforming transportation through technology, is seeking a Field Operations Manager for its Transit-as-a-Service (TaaS) Operations team. This role is based in Arlington, TX, and requires full-time in-person presence (4-5 days per week). The Field Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations using Via's technology platform, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational excellence.Responsibilities include:
Ensuring operational excellence and customer experience
Managing driver supply to meet demand
Prioritizing operational issues and implementing solutions
Responding to driver feedback and customer issues
Collaborating with a team to scale operational processes
Analyzing metrics to optimize operations
Requirements include:
Alignment with transportation equity and carbon emission reduction
Self-starter with a high level of responsibility
Track record of end-to-end ownership and hitting KPIs
Team-focused individual
Experience in project management, operational processes, and customer service
Fluent in English
Based in the Arlington area
