Job Description

Via is seeking a Field Operations Manager for their Transit-as-a-Service (TaaS) Operations team. This role is based in Grand Prairie, TX, and requires the candidate to be in the field 4-5 days a week. The Field Operation Manager will manage operations using Via's technology platform, focusing on daily operations, continuous improvement, and service growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure operational excellence and customer experience
  • Manage driver supply to meet demand
  • Prioritize operational issues and implement solutions
  • Respond to driver feedback and customer issues
  • Collaborate with a team to scale operational processes
  • Analyze metrics to optimize operations

Requirements:

  • Aligned with promoting transportation equity and reducing carbon emissions
  • Self-starter with a high level of responsibility
  • Track record of end-to-end ownership and hitting KPIs
  • Team-focused individual
  • Experienced in project management and customer service
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in the Grand Prairie area
