Job Description
Mejuri is seeking a part-time Floor Lead to join their team in King of Prussia. The Floor Lead will contribute to the store's success by championing customer service, coaching the team, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires a strong presence on the sales floor, excellent people skills, and a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities include:
- Enabling memorable customer experiences.
- Executing selling programs.
- Achieving KPIs and driving sales.
- Managing operational workflows.
- Supporting visual merchandising.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a high-volume retail environment.
- Adaptability and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Critical thinking ability.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift 50 lbs.
