The Marketing Analytics team monitors and optimizes media campaign performance, integrating data from various sources to support strategic decisions. They are seeking someone with strong analytical skills, technical proficiency in data manipulation (SQL and BigQuery), and knowledge of paid media.

The role involves monitoring campaign performance, creating dashboards, conducting in-depth analyses, manipulating data using SQL and BigQuery, generating hypotheses, supporting goal setting, collaborating with marketing teams, and tracking relevant metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the performance of digital media and performance campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.).
• Create and maintain automated dashboards in tools like Looker Studio or similar.
• Perform in-depth analyses of channels, audiences, creatives, and conversion journeys.
• Manipulate large volumes of data using SQL and BigQuery.
• Raise hypotheses based on data and validate with A/B tests or comparative analyses.
• Support the definition of goals and KPIs with the marketing and business teams.
• Work closely with the media, CRM, branding, and product areas to prioritize initiatives based on impact.
• Track and interpret attribution metrics, CAC, LTV, ROI, and other relevant metrics.
• Create clear and objective documentation of the learnings from the analyses performed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Marketing Analytics, performance media, or related areas.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with BigQuery.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Solid knowledge of marketing KPIs and conversion funnels.
• Ability to translate data into clear and strategic stories for different audiences.
