The Product Designer II will work within the GenAI team, focusing on developing new solutions to drive sales for micro and small entrepreneurs. The role requires someone comfortable experimenting with AI-based solutions and handling rapid learning cycles.

Responsibilities:

• Translating research insights and data into concrete, scalable solutions.
• Building and sustaining collaborative interactions, influencing decisions.
• Communicating clearly the connections between vision, strategy, and execution.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in sales journeys, onboarding, setup, and multi-channel approaches.
• Familiarity or interest in manipulating data and prototyping scenarios.
• Ability to thrive in evolving environments.
