Lush is seeking a Full Time Floor Leader for their King of Prussia Mall location. The Floor Leader will support the Store Management Team in driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring operational excellence. This role involves leading and inspiring a team of sales associates, fostering a positive work environment, and educating customers on Lush's brand values.

• Driving sales and achieving sales goals
• Delivering world-class customer experience
• Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors
• Managing cash handling and store opening/closing procedures
• Maintaining a clean and visually appealing store

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
• Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
• Problem-solving skills related to customer service
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
