WePractice, a leading outpatient practice group with over 100 psychotherapists across 16 locations and part of the Medbase Group, is seeking a Psychotherapist for their Basel location. The role offers a supportive environment with therapeutic freedom and a flexible work model, allowing for the integration of professional and personal life.
The psychotherapist will work within a warm and supportive practice, benefiting from the guidance of an experienced site manager. Regular case discussions and supervisions are provided. The role involves providing outpatient psychotherapy, with flexibility in scheduling and location. The therapist can choose their patients and develop a client base aligned with their specialization. Responsibilities include creating individualized therapy plans, conducting assessments, and making diagnoses, supported by practice software designed to streamline administrative tasks.
What this role involves:

Requirements:
- A degree in Psychology with completed training as a federally recognized psychotherapist.
- Fulfillment of all requirements for billing through basic insurance in Switzerland.
- Enthusiasm for self-directed work.
- Excellent knowledge of German, both written and spoken.
