Analyst, Provider Services

Job Description

Lantern, a specialty care platform, is seeking an Analyst, Provider Services. In this role, the individual will be the Subject Matter Expert for all Provider Services data, increasing the accuracy and timeliness of payment processing. The Analyst will investigate the Provider engagement funnel, uncover root causes, and propose improvements to provider satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Building and analyzing the top-to-bottom provider funnel, establishing measurement techniques and KPIs.
• Using SQL, Excel, Python, and other tools to mine operational data and monitor performance.
• Diagnosing the root cause of data quality gaps and presenting improvement recommendations.
• Building and maintaining ongoing reporting and dashboards to monitor Provider Services data quality.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in a data analyst or claims analyst role.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, R, and Python.
• Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tooling.
• Experience querying data warehouses, preferably Snowflake or Databricks.
• Bachelor’s degree.
