Job Description
Lantern, a specialty care platform, is seeking a Manager of Provider Accounts. This role involves advocating for Network Providers, building strong relationships, and acting as a primary point of contact. The Provider Account Manager will work closely with Practice Management, Scheduling, and Billing offices, managing claims, reimbursement, and support processes.
Responsibilities Include:
- Driving regular meetings with assigned practices.
- Developing expertise on Network Providers.
- Monitoring the reimbursement process.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external Network Providers for issue resolution.
- Reviewing claims and support data to measure SLA and contract compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years in a professional healthcare setting, preferably with RCM and/or claims processing experience.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SQL and Python skills preferred.
- Detailed knowledge of healthcare claims processing, managed care network management, and revenue cycle management.
- Medicare billing experience strongly preferred.
