Job Description

Lantern, a specialty care platform, is seeking a Manager of Provider Accounts. This role involves advocating for Network Providers, building strong relationships, and acting as a primary point of contact. The Provider Account Manager will work closely with Practice Management, Scheduling, and Billing offices, managing claims, reimbursement, and support processes.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Driving regular meetings with assigned practices.
  • Developing expertise on Network Providers.
  • Monitoring the reimbursement process.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external Network Providers for issue resolution.
  • Reviewing claims and support data to measure SLA and contract compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in a professional healthcare setting, preferably with RCM and/or claims processing experience.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SQL and Python skills preferred.
  • Detailed knowledge of healthcare claims processing, managed care network management, and revenue cycle management.
  • Medicare billing experience strongly preferred.
