Clipboard Health is seeking a Knowledge Operations Analyst to enhance its internal knowledge ecosystem. This role involves managing and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), handling real-time consultations from internal teams, and ensuring documentation is clear and accessible. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills, experience in documentation or process improvement, and the ability to simplify complex processes.

Role Involves:

  • SOP Management: Creating, auditing, and updating internal SOPs.
  • Consultation Handling: Triaging real-time consultations from internal teams.
  • Root Cause Analysis & Recommendation: Investigating unclear processes and proposing improvements.
  • Knowledge Audits: Identifying and cleaning up outdated or inconsistent knowledge.
  • User-Centric Documentation: Writing intuitive and clear SOPs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience in documentation, knowledge operations, support enablement, or process improvement.
  • Strong writing skills with an emphasis on clarity and structure.
  • Experience writing SOPs, help articles, or internal documentation.
  • Ability to follow instructions precisely and simplify complex processes.
  • Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Notion, Zendesk, Google Docs, Zapier, and Jotform is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • 15+ Mbps wired internet connection
  • CPU: Minimum i5 (8th gen or higher), AMD Ryzen 5 2000 series or higher, or Apple M1
  • 12GB RAM minimum (16GB preferred)
