Job Description
Clipboard Health is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Operational Escalations SME to join their core operational team. This role is crucial for managing document escalations, preventing fraud, and guiding internal teams on credentialing standards for healthcare professionals using the platform. The ideal candidate will thrive on solving high-stakes operational challenges and maintaining trust at scale.
Role Involves:
- Managing escalated document cases by reviewing and resolving complex documentation.
- Preventing risk and fraud by identifying suspicious documentation patterns.
- Serving as an internal consultant to various teams regarding document standards and onboarding requirements.
- Owning and executing daily operational tasks such as document status changes and special projects.
- Contributing to refining internal policies and updating requirements.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to resolve inquiries and improve internal workflows.
- Staying current with evolving product features and documentation requirements.
Requirements:
- Some experience in trust & safety, document verification, compliance operations, healthcare credentialing, customer support, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to make sound decisions quickly in ambiguous situations.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Highly organized and reliable.
- Proven track record of operating well in fast-paced, remote work environments.
- Comfortable using productivity tools such as Slack and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Located in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Wired internet connection with minimum 15Mbps download speed.
- Minimum system requirements: specified CPU, RAM.
- Quiet and professional working environment.
- Noise-canceling headset and stable power/internet connection.
