Job Description
Invisible Technologies is seeking a Head of Product Design to lead the narratives and experiences of its diverse customers. This role involves shaping products into relatable stories and designing a versatile design system integrated across customer-facing products, internal tools, and reusable libraries of automation & AI agents. The Head of Product Design will engage directly with customers, unravel their challenges, and spearhead innovative solutions. They will also cultivate a team of top-tier design professionals, instilling best practices like rigorous design reviews and user research.
Role involves:
- Evangelizing user personas and journeys across all product lines.
- Creating a design system with reusable components.
- Conducting customer interviews to understand pain points.
- Implementing design best practices (design reviews, user research).
- Building and leading a world-class design team.
- Championing cross-functional collaboration.
- Participating in strategic planning and objective setting.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in product design with 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to scale, mentor, and develop high-performing design organizations.
- Experience driving design as a business lever.
- Strong operational acumen in budgeting, hiring, and resource planning.
- Adept at leveraging low-code/no-code tools.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with product, engineering, and executive teams.
- Deep knowledge of design systems, UX best practices, modern tools (Figma, Sketch), front-end technologies.
- Experience with rapid prototyping for AI-driven or enterprise products.
