Research Designer

Job Description

NEORIS, a digital accelerator with 20 years of experience, is seeking a Research Designer to join their team in Lima, Peru. The Research Designer will focus on understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations through observation, task analysis, and feedback methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding user behaviors
• Participating in business understanding analysis
• Conducting user research and analysis
• Identifying areas of opportunity and suggesting improvements
• Contributing to project strategy
• Elaborating and executing user interviews
• Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
• Conducting usability tests
• Facilitating workshops with business and users
• Applying strategic and methodological approaches
• Analyzing information and understanding client needs

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience applying Design Thinking
• 4+ years in multidisciplinary and agile environments
• 3+ years of experience conducting exploratory research
• Proficiency in tools like Blueprints, journey maps, user personas, Miro, Mural, and Forms
• Experience with quantitative research and data analysis (desirable)
• Experience with commercial intelligence activities (desirable)
• Experience with Data Analytics tools (desirable)
• Experience with AI in research (desirable)
