Job Description
NEORIS, a Digital Accelerator with 20 years of experience, is seeking a French/English Help Desk Agent. The agent will provide first-line support to users, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues. The role involves creating, updating, and closing tickets, performing initial triage, and troubleshooting across various knowledge domains.
Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and close tickets (incidents or requests).
- Provide first response to support requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Perform initial triage and troubleshooting.
- Resolve tickets within scope using experience, knowledge bases, or collaboration.
- Determine impact and urgency of incidents to prioritize accordingly.
- Escalate tickets to higher tiers with complete documentation.
- Validate employee compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French (MUST) and English.
- Experience in SAP SD Help Desk is a plus.
