NEORIS, a Digital Accelerator with 20 years of experience, is seeking a French/English Help Desk Agent. The agent will provide first-line support to users, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues. The role involves creating, updating, and closing tickets, performing initial triage, and troubleshooting across various knowledge domains.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and close tickets (incidents or requests).
  • Provide first response to support requests via phone, email, and chat.
  • Perform initial triage and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve tickets within scope using experience, knowledge bases, or collaboration.
  • Determine impact and urgency of incidents to prioritize accordingly.
  • Escalate tickets to higher tiers with complete documentation.
  • Validate employee compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French (MUST) and English.
  • Experience in SAP SD Help Desk is a plus.
