Job Description
XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a Product Manager to focus on the Cayman vision. This role involves leading strategic projects to digitalize and optimize operational flows within Private Wealth Management (PWM), particularly concerning offshore operations in Cayman. The Product Manager will identify opportunities to enhance the PWM client experience, ensure process compliance and efficiency, and collaborate on business plans for the executive committee.
Responsibilities include: - Mapping, analyzing, and optimizing PWM operational processes related to negotiations of notes, certificates of deposit (CDs), and credit, with a focus on the integration and compliance of operations in Cayman.
- Conducting discovery of new avenues for enhancing the PWM client experience, especially in the interface and integration with offshore operations in Cayman.
- Collaborating with sponsor areas to construct and formalize TACs and NACs, ensuring that new lines of business align with Cayman regulations and structures.
- Defining and prioritizing the backlog of squads responsible for the digitalization and evolution of PWM processes with an offshore vision, ensuring alignment with the strategic needs of the business.
- Working closely with technical and compliance teams to ensure the delivery of effective, innovative solutions that comply with Cayman's regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring and reporting project progress, ensuring compliance with objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.
Requirements: - Prior experience in digitizing and optimizing processes in the Private Wealth Management segment, with strong knowledge of offshore operations, especially in Cayman.
- Knowledge of digitization technologies such as workflow, OCR, generative artificial intelligence (Gen AI), and RPA.
- Experience in product and process discovery, with a focus on improving the PWM client experience and offshore integration.
- Ability to build and negotiate TACs and NACs in conjunction with sponsor areas and stakeholders, considering regulatory and operational aspects of Cayman.
- Leadership profile, with the ability to manage multifunctional teams and complex projects in regulated environments.
- Proactivity, organization, and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic and multicultural environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with internal, external, and regulatory areas.
