Nexxen is seeking a Director of Client Success to lead and grow their Managed Service business in New York. This role involves managing a team of Client Success Managers, delivering exceptional client experiences, and driving revenue growth. The Director will collaborate cross-functionally to maximize client value and align client success strategies with business goals.
Role involves:
- Leading and developing a high-performing Client Success team.
- Providing strategic consulting to clients.
- Driving growth through retention and upsell opportunities.
- Designing and implementing scalable workflows.
- Acting as a senior escalation point for client issues.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments.
- Using data and insights to track KPIs.
- Providing regular reporting updates to the Regional VP.
- Maintaining deep knowledge of Nexxen’s product suite.
- Delivering measurable gains in client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in advertising, ad tech, or digital media.
- 3+ years managing teams, including people managers.
- Experience managing large-scale strategic accounts and campaign budgets ($100M+).
- Expertise in programmatic advertising, CTV, and digital media platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong decision-making and planning skills.
- Highly collaborative and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
