Job Description
Nexxen is seeking a Director of Client Success to lead and grow their Managed Service business in New York. This role involves managing a team of Client Success Managers, delivering exceptional client experiences, and driving revenue growth. The Director will collaborate cross-functionally to maximize client value and align client success strategies with business goals.

Role involves:
  • Leading and developing a high-performing Client Success team.
  • Providing strategic consulting to clients.
  • Driving growth through retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Designing and implementing scalable workflows.
  • Acting as a senior escalation point for client issues.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments.
  • Using data and insights to track KPIs.
  • Providing regular reporting updates to the Regional VP.
  • Maintaining deep knowledge of Nexxen’s product suite.
  • Delivering measurable gains in client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in advertising, ad tech, or digital media.
  • 3+ years managing teams, including people managers.
  • Experience managing large-scale strategic accounts and campaign budgets ($100M+).
  • Expertise in programmatic advertising, CTV, and digital media platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong decision-making and planning skills.
  • Highly collaborative and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
